Data Analyst role supporting tech due diligence engagements across EMEA. You own data synthesis, market research, and analytical support for senior practitioners assessing software companies and digital transformations. Your work directly feeds investment committee materials that drive PE deal decisions.
- 3+ years in analytical roles with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong written communication skills with ability to draft executive summaries and presentation materials
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis, preferably in technology or financial services sectors
- Self-directed work style with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Commercial awareness and ability to connect technical findings to business implications
- Prior exposure to M&A processes, due diligence workstreams, or private equity transactions
- Background in technology sector analysis, software company research, or digital transformation projects

- Senior technology background in architecture, engineering, product management, or QA
- Commercially sharp: you translate technical risk into business language
- Exceptional communicator, comfortable presenting to Boards and Investment Committees
- Self-directed and delivery-focused; you thrive with minimal oversight
- Genuinely curious and pragmatic; you find a path through ambiguity every time
- Prior M&A or private equity transaction experience
- Exposure to buy-side or sell-side due diligence

- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Superuser of productivity tools: documents, spreadsheets, presentations
- Familiarity with private equity, M&A advisory, or financial services
- An understanding of how software companies are built and run
